You can choose from one of our recommended itinerary or create your own according to your accomodation along the bike path. Below is pre-planned route to follow on MAPY.cz app.

Please download the app MAPY.CZ to your phone and register your account there (use the option "I have my own email address"), so you can save the route and do the changes to it accordingly.

The app has recommended Bicycle routes/suggestions, historic sites, train stations, hotels, restaurants, nature sights... You can modify the route and save it in your app according to your itinerary or hotel location. In Settings (3 lines in the left bottom corner) you can see Offline maps and download Prague, Central Bohemia, Usti nad Labem Regions.

Point 6 - Stromovka park - the biggest park in Prague

After start to fallow bike path marked # A2  and # EV7 - which will take you all the way to Dresden

Point 7 - Troja chateau & park with the natural maze

Point 10 - in Klecany go uphill from the river (detour)

Point 11 - Veltrusy Mansion & great park with animals

Point 13 - Scenic viewpoint in Melnik town. The end of Vltava river and continue along Elbe river

Point 14 - continue on the bike path marked: 2 / Labska or take the left side of the river, point 13

Point 16 - Rodnice nad Labem town & castle

You can stay on the left side of the river an cycle to Litomerice along # 2 / EV7 to Litomerice and through Ghetto museum Terezin.

Point 24 - you can take a ferry and visit Pravčice Gate (the largest natural rock gate on the European continent and a national nature monument. It is considered to be the most beautiful natural formation in Bohemian Switzerland and is the symbol of the entire area).

Optional if times allows: you can take a ride on the boat  in a deep sandstone canyon, The Edmund & Wild georges. 

After Hrensko village you can continue on the right side of the river to Bad Schandau on D10 path.

Point 25 - crossing the bridge to Bad Schandau or continue along EV 7/ D10 to Dresden

Point 26 - option to go visit Koningstain Castle (uphill from the river)

Point 27 -  you can take a ferry and visit Bastei Bridge and rock formation & village- beautiful nature side!

After continue on bike path  EV 7/ D10 to Pirna & Dresden!

You can reserve accommodation by yourself according to your itinerary and budget using our suggestions below or any internet resources.

Notes about the luggage deliveries, bike pick-up service(if included) & bicycle storage:

• Due to schedules and logistics bike pick-up prices and luggage deliveries (if included) are based on picking up and delivery from Hotels or Pensions with 24/7 reception facilities. Please make sure to book the Hotels or Pensions with 24/7 reception facilities. For daily luggage transfer, leave your luggage at the hotel’s reception before 10am. The luggage will be delivered to your next hotel daily before 4pm.
   

• When you arrive at your hotel please leave the bikes at a secure place at the hotel garage/parking/storage room and inform reception about the bike pick-up service(if included). You do not need to wait for a pick-up van or be at the hotel (as long as bikes are stored safely at the hotel). The bikes are usually picked up the next day.

• While you travel, please store the bikes every night at a secure place in the hotel's garage/parking/storage room. Always lock the bikes for extra security.
