Lugguge delivery & conditions
- Luggage is delivered by a third-party transport company. Responsibility for the luggage and any potential damage lies with the delivery company.
- For Český Krumlov, Vienna, and Lednice: maximum 12 kg (26 lbs) and 28 × 19 × 12 inches (70 × 48 × 30 cm) per 1 suitcase/bag.
- An extra fee of €3 per additional kilogram applies for any excess weight or size.The declared value of each suitcase must not exceed €500.
