- Bicycles are always checked by our mechanic before the trip.
- Bike fitting is provided one day before departure, and we are ready to make any necessary adjustments for your comfort.
- Please let us know about any special requirements in advance or when collecting your bike at our shop.

- All bikes are serviced daily to guarantee comfort, reliability, and safety, making them ideal for exploring Czechia’s beautiful landscapes.
- To maximize safety and enjoyment, we guide you to the best bike paths, parks, and riverside trails, avoiding busy roads whenever possible.
- Helmets are highly recommended for all riders.
- As per Czech law, helmets are mandatory for riders under 18 years old but optional for adults over 18.
- Guests must have basic biking skills, as no formal training is provided.
- We provide a quick tutorial on how to use brakes and gears for both standard and e-bikes.
- Children under 15 years old cannot ride e-bikes on public roads.
- However, they may ride e-bikes on parks, trails, or designated bike paths under adult supervision.
